  • Chemical investigation of edible mushrooms and filamentous fungi
  • Synthesis of natural products (flavonoids, acridones, coumarins,)
  • Biological evaluation of natural products and semi-synthetic derivatives.
  • Exploitation of bioactive natural products as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and biopesticides.
  • Applications of 1D and 2D NMR, HPLC, MPLC, CC and LC-MS in Natural Products Chemistry.
