FINANCE GOVERNANCE AFTER THE CRISES: CHALLENGES TO EU, LATIN AMERICA AND THE WORLD
The Centre for Economic Policy, Governance and Development (EKOPDA) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Jean Monnet Network “Crisis-Equity-Democracy for Europe and Latin America” organized the two-day Conference "Finance Governance after the Crises: Challenges to EU, Latin America and the World".
The Conference was part of the Network's activities where the participants and high level experts, governmental officials and civil society discussed topics addressed by the network. The event was held on Thursday May 25, 2023 and Friday May 26, 2023, at the Impact Hub Athens (Karaiskaki 28, Athens 105 54).
The speakers discussed the development and governance of the global financial system after the recent crises as well as on the challenges and opportunities presented for the EU and Latin America in light of the digital transformation and new regulations on banking systems.
