Research topics

  • Design and synthesis of organic molecules with pharmacological activity [antiviral, antibacterial, trypanocidal,antineoplastic, and Central Nervous System (CNS)].
  • Structural modification of bioactive natural products and their derivatives aiming at the improvement of theirpotency.
  • Development of new synthetic methods.
